Meet the Team:

Robin and her daughter Brooke have successfully owned and operated The Mail Box since 2003. Before taking ownership of this business, Robin worked at the United States Postal Service (USPS) for 18 years. During her career at the USPS, Robin received many outstanding employee awards, such as Excellence in customer service and Superior achievement award.  Her success in owning and operating The Mail Box is a direct result of her experience and dedication with the USPS. Robin’s daughter Brooke graduated from Vanguard University with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communication and enjoys working with her mom. Both Robin and Brooke are proud of their exceptional customer service, knowledgeable staff, and the relationships they have formed with their loyal customers.

The Mail Box has a shop mascot named Cooper, and he has developed a cliental of his own. Our customers find it hard to resist Cooper’s cute face and charming personality, and we can’t blame them! Cooper joined The Mail Box team when he was just 8 weeks old. He gladly accepts all kinds of treats, and he may even do a few tricks for you!
